Harry’s Cafe de Wheels

Harry’s Cafe de Wheels is a Sydney Icon, with a rich history that dates back to the 1930s when enterprising Sydneysider Harry Edwards opened a caravan café at the Woolloomooloo naval dockyard. His pie and pea combo became a popular nightly meal amongst sailors, soldiers, cabbies and starlets. The signature dish is a chunky lean beef pie served with mushy peas, mash and gravy.
